1. Information We Collect

Our mobile applications collect only the information that is strictly necessary to provide the requested functionality. We do not engage in passive or background data harvesting.

• User-Submitted Configuration Data: Information you enter directly into the Application, including authentication credentials, configuration parameters, and operational settings required for the Application to function as intended.
• Application Usage Data: Minimal diagnostic and performance data used solely to maintain Application stability, such as error reports or session state. This data does not include personally identifiable information beyond what you have explicitly provided.
• Device Identifiers: Where required for secure session management or licensing verification, we may collect device-level identifiers. These are used solely for authentication and are never linked to external profiles.

We do not collect location data, contact lists, media files, biometric data, or any information not directly related to the Application's core functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the Application is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users and maintain secure access to Application features.
• To store and apply user-defined configuration settings between sessions.
• To diagnose and resolve technical issues that may affect Application performance or availability.
• To fulfill any service obligations agreed upon between the Company and the user or their organization.

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose outside of delivering the Application's stated functionality.

3. Data Security

The security of your information is a foundational commitment of Waypoint Nexus Solutions LLC. All data processed by our Applications is handled under the following practices:

• All data transmission between the Application and any associated services is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.2 or higher).
• Authentication credentials and sensitive configuration data are stored using appropriate encryption and are never transmitted in plaintext.
• Access to stored data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis within our organization.
• We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices to ensure continued adequacy against evolving threats.

Your data is never sold, rented, traded, shared, or distributed to any third party for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. We do not engage third-party advertising networks or data brokers.

4. Third-Party Disclosure & Data Sharing

Waypoint Nexus Solutions LLC does not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels into our Applications.

In the exceptional circumstance that disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, we will disclose only the minimum information necessary and, where legally permissible, will notify affected users.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

• Configuration and session data is retained for the duration of the active service relationship and deleted within 90 days following termination of services.
• Diagnostic logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are automatically purged thereafter.
• Upon a verified request for deletion (see Section 6), we will remove your data within 30 calendar days, subject to any legally mandated retention obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
• Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• Right to Restriction: You may request that we limit the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Applications are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt action to delete such data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
